Meet the Owners
Anthony Juarez and Natalie Stampanoni are the proud owners of Strive Dance & Performing Arts, bringing a shared passion for youth development, arts education, and community engagement to the studio.
Together, they are committed to creating a positive and inspiring environment where dancers of all ages can build confidence, develop strong technical skills, and discover a lifelong love for the performing arts. Their vision for Strive is centered on providing high-quality dance education while fostering a welcoming studio culture that feels like family.
Anthony brings extensive experience in business operations, technology, marketing, and event production. His background in leadership and community service helps support the continued growth and success of the studio while ensuring families receive an exceptional experience both on and off the dance floor.
Natalie has dedicated years to working with dancers and families, helping students grow not only as performers but as confident, disciplined individuals. Her passion for dance education and mentorship is reflected in every aspect of the studio's programs and culture.
As owners, Anthony and Natalie are excited to build upon Strive's strong foundation while introducing new opportunities for students to learn, perform, and thrive. Their mission is simple: to inspire every dancer to strive for excellence, embrace creativity, and reach their full potential.
Whether students are taking their very first class or pursuing competitive goals, Anthony and Natalie are honored to be part of each dancer's journey and look forward to welcoming families to the Strive community.
Meet the Teachers

Michael
Mr. Michael has been dancing for 9 years and loves building community and helping others improve through teaching dance. He specializes in Contemporary/Lyrical & Hip Hop.
Emily
Miss Emily has been dancing since she was 7 years old. She started with hip hop but after a year she quickly expanded her practices in other styles such as jazz, lyrical, ballet, musical theater, and contemporary.
Danica
Miss Danica has been dancing since she was 3. She loves being able to spread her knowledge and love for dance to younger generations. She specializes in Musical theater, Jazz, and HipHop.
Jessica
Miss Jessica has 5 years of experience in both sideline and competitive cheerleading. Traveled to Florida and won the National High School Cheerleading Championship back in 2022.
Veronica
Miss Veronica was born with a love for dance. She has explored many genres of dance throughout the years. She feels most fulfilled by dancing a lyrical piece. Teaching brings so much fulfillment and she is thrilled to share the love of dance every chance she gets.
Jessica

Jenny
Miss Jenny graduated from Inspire School of Arts and Science, majoring in Musical Theatre. She has a passion for performing and is excited to be teaching!
